I had met mike McCann in 2009 to discussed selling my house. So in June of 2013 when I finally decided to sell I called Mike. We met again and I was so impressed with his presentation that I knew he was the right “man” to handle the sale. The house had several issues to overcome such as it being an upside down house ( the kitchen and living space were on the third floor and my studio on the first). Mike and his team went to work. I would highly recommend Mike McCann and his team if you are selling your property. He has an excellent understanding of all of Center City real estate, and also has an excellent sense of the current market. He will offer an aggressive but realistic suggestion for the initial asking price, but will always be open to the opinions and desires of his clients. In a nutshell Mike McCann is the best of the best. He provided white glove service to my husband and I from the first day we met him through the day he closed on our house.
