I had met mike McCann in 2009 to discussed selling my house. So in June of 2013 when I finally decided to sell I called Mike. We met again and I was so impressed with his presentation that I knew he was the right “man” to handle the sale. The house had several issues to overcome such as it being an upside down house (the kitchen and living space were on the third floor and my studio on the first). Mike and his team went to work. The house sold for what Mike said it would which was what I was hoping for. I made settlement on November 15, 2013.
