Mike McCann did an absolutely fantastic job. We chose him because he puts the marketing $$$ in and has a good team. Achieved 100K over list…in 10 days. He also represented the Seller of the house we purchased and was able to get us to move our price up considerably even though our place had been on the market for 90 days. In that case he kept track of everyone that expressed any real interest and the moment he had our offer he contacted all those people and created a bidding war. At lot of agents would not put in that kind of time. We love our new home and have just about finished all the renovations and the yard.
