Andrea Boelter has got to be one of, if not the best Realtor in Philadelphia. She helped my wife and I purchase a house in Queen Village and I don’t think we would have been able to do it without her. We were looking for a house that needed TLC in a great neighborhood for an unrealistic price. When we told Andrea this, she said “no problem,” and got right into it. We looked at houses for over a year, and during that time, her enthusiasm towards finding us a house never wained. She has a phenomenal grasp on the Philadelphia housing market, and instantly understood what we were looking for. She never showed us properties way above our price range, or pressured us one way or another. She armed us with information, gave her honest opinion (whether it meshed with ours or not), and discussed options. It was the most professional experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. When we finally found our home, Andrea presented our offer and fought for us. From start to finish, Andrea was our greatest asset in this process. We would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for a home in Philadelphia.
