About Paul Chin

Originally from Boston, Paul came to Philadelphia and obtained an Architectural degree from Temple University. Immediately, he fell in love with Philadelphia, the surrounding suburbs, and its people. He has never looked back since.

With over 25 years of experience with the McCann Team and seeing the growing development of the city, He is passionate about educating and guiding clients through the complexities of the home buying and selling processes. Paul is committed to leveraging his knowledge, experience, and professional network to help his clients. He offers direct and honest opinions, advising clients whether a property is a good, bad, or merely acceptable investment for their specific needs. Paul consistently goes above and beyond what is expected for each client.

Paul has been working with a diverse clientele, such as first-time buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and developers. He has handled all types of properties, ranging from residential, multi-unit, commercial, land, and industrial.

He tends to put others first on his priority list. Paul remains dedicated to his alma mater, volunteering with his fraternity chapter, Sigma Alpha Mu. "Foodie” is such an understatement describing Paul. He loves bringing friends and acquaintances together over a great meal.

When he isn't working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, which often involves taking weekend trips, fishing, cooking, eating, and watching the Flyers and Eagles.
