Daniel Evenchen has been involved in the real estate field since the age of 14, assisting his family business with the restoration and resale of homes throughout Europe and the United States. His lifelong passion for the real estate field lead him to the vibrant Philadelphia market in 2006 and he quickly found himself developing a deep love for the city’s culture. For the past decade, Daniel has been honing his skills as an investor and property manager, gaining an expertise in buying and selling Philadelphia homes. My girlfriend and I randomly showed up to an open house Daniel was hosting a little before we had set a budget or location or were even seriously looking for a home. He went out of his way to follow up and offer a free consultation to explain the buying process to first time home buyers such as ourselves and after sitting down with him and feeling no pressure to sign anything we decided to schedule a few showings together. After a couple months and countless phone calls, texts, and emails (that were all quickly responded to) we finally got an offer accepted on a house that was perfect for both of us. Daniel continued to stay by our side as he walked us through the whole process step by step and despite having a pre-scheduled vacation during the time we were going through the mortgage process he was still available when/if we needed him. When our initial closing date came we walked into a disaster during our pre-settlement walk-through as an upstairs sink had been leaking unnoticed for days causing thousands of dollars in water damage. It was at this point that my stress levels went through the roof but Daniel never balked at any of my ridiculous comments or ideas and he even took the time to schedule additional showings for us to prepare for a worst case scenario. Three weeks later we closed on the property and couldn't be happier with the house and Daniel as our buyer's agent. He's a master at combining a professional work ethic with a genuine likability and at this point I'd even feel comfortable calling him a friend. I seriously got so lucky with Daniel. He was the first realtor to pop up when I saw a home I was interested back in 2016 and I reached out to him on a whim. He scheduled a meeting and I was blown away by how honest he was about the property--basically, it was a bad investment for an individual. I knew then I could trust him and he was genuinely interested in getting me a place that I could handle and that was in my budget. Fast forward to over a year later, and I just purchased my first home in Fishtown. Daniel showed me all sorts of homes, from a condo in Chinatown to a multiuse on Front St. in Kensington. Through our conversations, I found out he has excellent knowledge on fixing up houses and gave me realistic advice on how much work I could expect to put into each house we looked at. Including rough estimates of the costs of repairs. I NEVER felt pressured to make an offer, nor did I feel he wasn't taking me seriously as a first time home buyer with a limited budget. He's also been local for a long time, and understands the Philadelphia market in and out. That includes being able to give referrals for any sort of contractor you need and that he personally uses himself for his own properties. I actually ended up using the mortgage guy he recommended, Mike Tavani, and loved the service I got from him as well. I would recommend Daniel to any of my friends or family with no hesitation whatsoever.

Daniel just helped me buy my first house, and I can’t imagine how I would have gotten it done without him. He’s very knowledgeable about the process and the market, and always willing to take the extra time to explain things and answer questions. I told him my preferred timeline, and he helped nudge me to stick to it even when I was busy with work, which I really appreciated. Even after I closed, he’s stayed in touch and helped me wrap up the last couple things. Two thumbs up for Daniel!

I just can't believe that all these clients have given Daniel 5 stars. I mean he only shoots about 67% from the foul line, 2 steals per game, and like 4 assists (dare I rub in 1 rebound/2 games???. I mean, that's still pretty good for his size). Ohhhhhh, you're telling me it's his rating as a REALTOR! Shoot!!! (already covered that). Well, that's a different ball game, sport and rating system. Now I wonder why they only gave him 5 FIVE stars!!! In realty and reality, he deserves 10 stars/5, because of extra credit, and I'm not saying he paid me, or owes me. I'm saying that before Daniel was even engaged (not to his wife) in selling my building, he did all this prep work. He advised me on how I could divide the building (5500 Sq Ft). He found out if my building had two addresses, was 2 lots. He offered to verify whether an offer that I got was legitimate (it wasn't), assuring me that I was under no obligation to contract him. I knew it was reverse psychology, but I took the bait anyway. It did not hurt that he sold my girlfriend's house in Society Hill and then brokered her new house in Queen Village. She adored all he did for her. To put it bluntly, the guy works his butt off for you, handling everything, giving prudent restructuring advice and even answering every call or text. I have gone out to dinner several times with Daniel - who does that with your realtor!!!??. And I plan to celebrate again now and then again when he finally survives after his lifelong dream of being in a cage with great white sharks gnawing at his fingers. I'm just so happy that I have another building to sell in maybe 5 years, and will get close to him once again. Thanks Daniel!!
