Melanie is amazing. This was our first home-buying experience and and it was a very emotional and stressful process. I would not have wanted anybody but Melanie to guide us through it. She made us feel like her top priority and went above and beyond. She was always available to answer questions and show us houses on sometimes very short notice. The whole process gave a me a lot of anxiety but she was always there to give me reassurance and I trusted her 100%. She made it fun, too! I cannot imagine working with anyone else and if we ever buy again, we will absolutely work with Melanie. She was the best thing that happened to us in this crazy market.
