I worked with Mike and Pam Thistle to sell a South Philadelphia row home (Mike had actually been the listing agent when we purchased the home several years prior.) Every single piece of advice they gave turned out to be spot on. They were exceedingly timely and helpful in responding to our requests and questions. They never wavered in their plan. And things ended up going exactly as they said they would – we got our price, the timing worked out well, and there was never a point where I felt like I didnt know what was happening or what to expect.
