I have moved many times over the years and have never had a realtor that was so “on top” of every detail about the sale of our home. Mike properly assessed the home, gave us a sales price range and advised on what needed to be done inside the home for best marketing. I contacted him many times with questions and the response time was most always within 5 minutes. Our house was only on the market for 10 days in this tough economy. I attribute this to the marketing skills of Mile McCann (and a little hard work by me!)
