I would give Rich Fravel a 5 star rating!! From our first meeting to the day of closing he was responsive, attentive and wonderful to work with. He was accurate with pricing and did a great job marketing the property. He was hands on through the whole process. We listed on a Friday and had a signed contract a few days later.
