Mike McCann and his team were just what we needed. We wanted to sell our house and move to Naples, FL. We knew we had things to do in order to sell the house and Mike provided the push and th e access to the people we needed in order to get it done. He put us in touch with someone to do some painting and haul clutter away. The photographer he sent took great pictures of the house. And they showed up beautifully on the internet. The results were beyond our expectations. We had two full price offers in two days after the house went on the market. The McCann team helped us with all of the arrangements for the closing. We could sign the papers in advance and begin our travel to Florida rather than be at the formal closing. Mike and his team were helpful and also easy to work with from the day we listed the house until the day we actually moved out.
