We talked to several realtors and received a wide range of estimates of how much to ask for our house. Mike was great at explaining how he saw the house’s value and recommended a price that allowed us to get value from our property while selling quickly. We were nervous about this because we were listing in December, but Mike assured us that we would find a buyer at a price that worked for us, and with his help, we did. He always responded quickly to our questions and helped with all details, big or small. When I wasn’t sure about the paint job we had done before listing, he quickly looked it over for us. He also gently urged another contractor to touch up his work. We really can’t say enough for Mike.
