We were lucky enough to find Daniel through our son. We are from out of town, so our son started the initial search. After viewing several properties and realtors, he said we should go with Daniel, he felt he honestly cared, and wasn’t just trying to sell us a house. Our son couldn’t have been more right! Daniel knew the neighborhoods, and houses. He didn’t waste our time showing us houses that didn’t meet our criteria. He pointed out positives and negatives to all the properties, and gave us his honest opinion of the asking prices. He had comps to back up every property. His advice was spot on.
