I selected Paul after reading some online reviews — while I was not keen to go with the McCann “empire” b/c of its sheer size (I feared getting lost in all the other clients), Paul had great reviews and also, I knew that deep down, the McCann team had a vast network in Philly. So while I wasn’t keen on a HUGE company, I also knew that would have its advantages. I interviewed 5 realtors before deciding on Paul as my seller agent. What impressed me most was a simple act–when he came to look at my place, my dad was working on a clog. Paul went back to his car to grab a tool for my dad to use. That in and of itself spoke volumes b/c it was not something he needed to do/offer. In Paul’s first visit, he was helpful in taking photos of the things he felt I should fix. Paul didn’t recommend atrociously expensive changes (a couple other realtors recommended changes upwards of $3-5K, including staging) but did make note of some things he knew would not pass inspection.
