Margo was exceptional. She was spot on with her advice around the activity in the market, where to establish the asking price for best results, and in negotiating the process to meet our needs. We had an aggressive time frame to sell and Margo had us under contract within days for a price in excess of asking and a closing date before our need. We literally couldn’t have asked for MORE.
