Melanie is amazing! We had such a great experience working with her and buying our first home. We were completely new to everything to do with home buying, but from the moment that we met her she was incredibly helpful and kind answering all of our questions about the entire process. Throughout the few months that it took for us to put in an offer, she responded to all of our texts or emails immediately and would set up showings asap. We were very picky about what we wanted – a house with some new features, but also some older character. She was very patient with us! When we had our offer accepted, we were very happy, but also sad that we wouldn’t spend our Saturday mornings looking at houses with Melanie :). I will recommend Melanie to anyone that is looking for a home in Philly and especially to first-time home buyers! She is the best.
