My husband and I are to move to Philadelphia from outside the state and as you may imagine it can be little more hustling than moving within a same neighborhood. Arvind has been our eyes and ears in prescreening houses for us and guiding us through the process. He made all sorts of arrangements on our behalf while we were unable to because we still live in Texas, which made our life so much easier ! He also has kept such a fine relationship with the builders of the house so that we are benefiting from that too: we feel that they are very cooperative in touching up the house prior to our moving as Arvind is closely watching the progress. He is friendly, knowledgeable, available and fun to talk to. We would star him 10 out of 5 !
