Pam worked with me for about 8 months. She is professional, knowledgeable, and she delivers! First, I would like to say that I know the Philadelphia area and that I had very specific requirements about a neighborhood and even streets I would consider. I knew what I wanted and would not go for anything else. She understood perfectly that and did not waste my time. She knows the area and the local market extremely well. She filtered the properties for me and showed me only placed I could potentially like. She is extremely prompt in responding to e-mails and text messages: day or night. I know she is very busy, but I felt that I had all her attention. She was patient during the negotiation process (which in our case took months), and we got the price that we are happy with. Pam was extremely helpful in keeping everyone on the team in check (sending reminders, requesting responses); having a team is useful, but it worked for me only because Pam was on top of the game and directing everything! She was patient, explained the process, kept track of deadlines.
