We listed with him, and within days he scheduled several prospective buyers as well as open houses. Our condo sold with two weeks of signing a contract with Mike, and he was able to get us very close to our asking price with no concessions on our part. His office handled all aspects of the sale process up to and including settlement (which we did not even attend!).
