Pam was great as we looked at homes throughout Philadelphia. She knew the neighborhoods – the history, the amenities, the pros, the cons. She helped us to think through issues that were not top of m ind, like parking, grocery stores, schools, and more. She clearly knows and loves Philadelphia and has a deep knowledge of the neighborhoods and city history. When it came to making an offer, she was smart about which houses were worth it and which weren’t. She was savvy and strategic and was in constant communication with me over text, email, phone, in person – whatever I needed. She helped to keep me on task as I worked with a lender, inspector, and all the rest. In the end, I found a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and love it. Pam was a big part of this success!
