While I didnt work with Mike, I did work with his son Ryan. I came to be Ryan’s client by emailing about a house his group was showing and while that house certainly wasn’t the one for me, I was happy to have met Ryan. From there Ryan showed me a number of homes, taking time each Saturday to show me as many houses as I wanted. Not only did Ryan remember my likes and dislikes, guessing before I even entered a place if I would like it or not, he pointed out things, other than hard wood floors and exposed brick, I needed to notice when buying a new house like how old does the furnace look? What do the sidewalks outside look like? What does the stucco on the back of the house look like? He answered all of my questions, and when he didnt have an answer he had a team backing him up who could provide the answer. As I began to narrow my choices, Ryan returned to the same houses several times with me (and friends and family), and once a choice was made he assisted in finding a home inspector and let me in one more time so I could take measurements for furniture and curtains. While I dont anticipate buying another house soon, when I do, I will call Ryan.
