I am so grateful to have worked with Ryan to purchase my first home. I had plenty of questions and felt overwhelmed at first, but Ryan quickly put me at ease with his knowledge and experience. He always responded quickly to any emails and texts. During the viewing process, he pointed out little details that I would have missed, and also explained why and how those details were important. He was never pushy, and offered helpful suggestions and advice for room setup or renovations or whatever the situation warrented. Once we found our perfect house, Ryan guided us through the rest of the process and gave us detailed next steps. Finally, settlement was an absolute breeze!
