I really enjoyed working with Katie. As a first time home buyer I had very specific needs and she made sure the homes we viewed met those needs before even seeing them. When it came time to view the homes she worked with my difficult schedule and that of our contractor. When we had a question, and we had many, she always responded promptly by either phone or email. There was constant communication with us and our lender and if a revision needed to be made it was executed immediately. She worked with the seller to get us the necessary credits and to meet our requirements to have the current tenant vacate the unit prior to us moving out. Overall, I was very happy with Katie’s service and she is very easy to work with. She is a professional and very personable. If I’m in the market again to buy in this area, I would definitely give her a call.
