I worked with Stuart Cohen from the Mike McCann team to purchase an investment property at Temple University. Not only was Stuart extremely knowledgeable about the area, but he did a great job in identifying my needs as a first time investment property purchaser. He patiently showed me many properties until we found the perfect one. After the fact, I learned about communications that he had with the seller behind the scenes to ensure our tax abatement would be secure in the transfer of this property.
