You can’t go wrong with Katie!

Initially my plan was to purchase a home in 2020. It was my “2020” plan and zillow suggested Katie McCann. She reached out to introduce herself and at the time I informed her that I was still in the “looking and liking” phase and that I wasn’t prepared to purchase yet. To my surprise she didn’t push me to look at houses or obtain a pre-approval. A couple of months later I reached out to her to see if she was available to view a couple of houses with me and a date was set. During the entire process Katie was patient, honest, and efficient. She truly takes her clients best interest into consideration when viewing prospective homes. Her trained eye, wisdom and attentional to detail helped me avoid many “first time home buyer” mistakes. Katie has integrity, and to me this is a paramount quality that most sales consultants lack. I could go on and on about her being personable, understanding and did I mention patient??
