The TV Network, USA is filming for their newest and most anticipated, limited series, in our very own Rittenhouse Square. Starring sci-fi legend and Golden Globe® winner, Sigourney Weaver, Political Animals is a series in the making that will change how we view politics, the families involved, and what’s really at stake. A brazen series, with a cutting edge and promise to deliver drama, it features a former first-family in a raw state of ambition, turmoil, and chaos.
Mostly set and filmed in Washington D.C., the series’ filming cuts to Philadelphia as a means to avoiding the high security that our capital enforces, which happens to hinder filming. The Dorchester, located at 224-30 W. Rittenhouse Square, is just one of the number of local spots that the series will cameo as well as one of our favorite listings.
