He is recognized by his peers as an expert in both analyzing and valuing residential, commercial, industrial as well special purpose properties. Steven holds real estate salespersons licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as a general real estate appraiser certification in Pennsylvania.

As a result of his deep rooted understanding of the business, Steven applied his knowledge to aid him in becoming a seasoned real estate property investor. This knowledge and exposure to all facets of his business has enabled Steven to apply his passion for the industry to benefit his clients, buyers and sellers alike. Steven is a South Philadelphia native and has a true love for Philadelphia Sports. Steven also enjoys playing golf and music, but most of all, he values spending his free time with friends and family.
