We’ve used a few realtors before and, whilst they did their jobs and we were largely satisfied with them, I never really felt like we’d received an A+ service. Melanie is the A+ standard. She was the perfect realtor for our needs; responsive, knowledgeable, and with the added bonus of having grown up in our target neighborhood, making us feel comfortable from the get-go. She was able to answer our questions and, where applicable, she used her network of connected professionals to get us the advice we needed. When it came to closing the deal, it was all wrapped up with minimal fuss and she got us the price we were hoping for. Perhaps the best compliment we can give Melanie is that we never felt like we were being pushed or pulled in one direction; she knew when her advice was needed and also when we just needed to vent or ramble. She really struck a perfect balance. She also has an awesome, down-to-earth sense of humor that we found really refreshing! We cannot recommend her highly enough and would love to continue working with her in the future!
