Everything was great and the customer service was stellar until the very end. The Mortgage company that was referred to me was another story. Lack of communication followed by loss of paperwork was not what I was expecting. Overall, the purchasing experience was fine. Lauren Ackerwas extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.
