The very next day he sent me a list of 5-6 homes that had all desired features that I spoke to him about and all within my price range! Ben and his assistant were easily reachable throughout the whole process, even late evenings and on weekends via phone and email. He gave me great suggestions during the negotiation process that helped me bring the price down more then I expected! He definitely made the process of buying my Philly home painless and enjoyable!
