The McCann Team was extremely helpful in helping us with our real estate transactions. We worked with Ryan and his dad, Mike with both purchasing and selling a property. They were very professional, knowledgeable and available at every turn. When we had problems with the home we purchased, they were instrumental in assisting us with the contractor’s warranty for the repairs. Unfortunately, the house wasn’t the house for us and when we put it on the market, the property was sold almost immediately upon its listing. We did however, have some difficulties on the buyer’s end, but only due to the sale of his property. Ryan and Mike worked tirelessly in dealing with the problems and helping us during a particularly longer than usual settlement. Ultimately our property went to settlement and the McCann Team secured us additional funds to cover the expenses we were facing due to the extended settlement. The frustrations we experienced with this transaction were always dealt with in a professional manner by this team and we were constantly being updated by either Mike or Ryan. They calmed our fears and anxiety with all the worry we were feeling about the sale not going through, no matter how many times we contacted them. I’m sure at times we were not the easiest clients to deal with, but at every twist and turn they were reassuring and professional. Thanks Ryan and Mike.
