She would make herself available to take us to see houses on weekends and evenings after we were done work, and she responded to our emails immediately, even late at night (way above and beyond our expectations). She gave us a realistic view of the home-buying process, telling us we might not win on our first offer, and that’s ok…that really kept us from stressing out too much.
