My girlfriend and I randomly showed up to an open house Daniel was hosting a little before we had set a budget or location or were even seriously looking for a home. He went out of his way to follow up and offer a free consultation to explain the buying process to first time home buyers such as ourselves and after sitting down with him and feeling no pressure to sign anything we decided to schedule a few showings together. After a couple months and countless phone calls, texts, and emails (that were all quickly responded to) we finally got an offer accepted on a house that was perfect for both of us. Daniel continued to stay by our side as he walked us through the whole process step by step and despite having a pre-scheduled vacation during the time we were going through the mortgage process he was still available when/if we needed him. When our initial closing date came we walked into a disaster during our pre-settlement walk-through as an upstairs sink had been leaking unnoticed for days causing thousands of dollars in water damage. It was at this point that my stress levels went through the roof but Daniel never balked at any of my ridiculous comments or ideas and he even took the time to schedule additional showings for us to prepare for a worst case scenario. Three weeks later we closed on the property and couldn’t be happier with the house and Daniel as our buyer’s agent. He’s a master at combining a professional work ethic with a genuine likability and at this point I’d even feel comfortable calling him a friend.
