Newbold is a newer neighborhood found within the larger section of South Philadelphia known as Point Breeze. Point Breeze as a whole has been growing rapidly for the past decade, but Newbold in particular has experienced a staggering rate of development.
The residents and business owners in Newbold worked tirelessly to organize committees to take advantage of the area’s vast potential, and in turn they helped the area flourish and develop into a beautiful and distinguished neighborhood. The constant evolution of the Newbold community has brought forth a tightly-bonded community of citizens, a strong local presence within the business culture, and an impressive dining and nightlife scene.
